Hey everyone~ It's your friendly neighbourhood blueyoshiegg Here with another journal after...what, a whole year!? Well.... nearly a year anyways

Anyhow.. as you've probably guessed from the title. This one features my main mascot ^u^

He has recently undergone a little change...well, I say "change", what I actually mean is.... well, have a little look at this annual timeline before I tell you:

It's Blueshi the Budsie~! Yep my Yoshi OC has been plushified, thanks once again to the incredibly talented group of people at Budsies

EEEEEP~! He's such a smol cutie ^u^ Even though he's only about the size of Magma (probably due to the hair strands ), I absolutely love how he turned out. Budsies once again doing an amazing job on all of Blueshi's details

Most of you probably know that Blueshi has a love for cuddles and snuggles... and here he is sharing a little hug with me~

The (ever-growing) Budsies group together~ Magma was the first to welcome Blueshi in with the obligatory snoot poking before giving him a warm cuddle You can guarantee that Blizsnout and Tridesnout joined in shortly after

Massive thanks once again to Budsies for doing such a wonderful job of bringing my mascot to life Plenty of snuggles and cuddles to come from me and his plushified friends today, tomorrow and beyond

Hey everyone~ It's your friendly neighbourhood blueyoshiegg here again Been a while since I last posted a journal of any sort... almost a year now

Aaaaanyways, it's been properly warm and sunny over here in the UK today... and also earlier today, a little ray of sunshine came into my life...

Peekaboo~ Recognise this sweet little muffin~ ? Those who know my OCs would probably know (and as if the title of this journal hadn't given it away already... )

Yep~ It's Magma ^u^ My precious little fireball has been plushified thanks to... once again, the talented and wonderful people at Budsies

EEEEEEEP~ He's such a cutie Absolutely love how he turned out~ His cute little paws, padded feet, wings and scales You can guarantee he had a biiiiig snuggle once I unboxed him (and yes, I did get my cheek poked several times... it's what happens if you cuddle him after all )

Speaking of which, here's Magma and I sharing a little hug~ He's so soft and snuggly (Yes, I did ask him to wave for the camera for you ... he'll probably want to hug you shortly after as well )

Tridesnout~!

Yes... thanks once again to the wonderfully talented people at Budsies, my sweet little Water Dragon has been plushified ^^ I came home from work yesterday and unexpectedly found this waiting for me... (obviously he was packaged~ ) ... I've not stopped cuddling him since~

Again, I'm absolutely over the moon with how he turned out~ Love the little details... his eyes, the spiked tail, the horns, the little bracelets... just... everything~

They also did a wonderful job on Tridey's little padded feet~ ^u^

Tridey from the side... more amazing details made amazing by the amazing Budsies The scales and the pointed and spiked tail... I mean, the detailing is just incredible~

Oh.. having a little chill now are we, Tridey? Hehee~ another pic with a printed version of the reference sheet I gave to Budsies to plushify my little derg~

Resting in his owners arms... those eyes~ ..and that sweet little smile... (For anyone wondering, that tattoo there says "Cymru am Byth" ...which is "Wales for life" or "Wales Forever" in Welsh )

I mean... I couldn't end this journal without a pic of the two little snuggle muffins together, could I? I mean... they are brothers~ Little Tridey has been looking forward to snuggling up with his plushified big Bro... likewise, Blizzy has longed for this day for a while...

Well... once again, words cannot express my gratitude to you for doing such an amazing job on my little water Dragon~ I absolutely love him and haven't stopped snuggling him It's wonderful to add him to my ever-growing collection of plushies and his big Bro (Blizsnout) also loves him very much too~ Thank you all so so SO much ^^ Will almost certainly commission you again in the future to bring another one of my characters to life~ Take care and stay safe~

At the start of next year sometime, I'm going to be taking on TEN requests. The format this time though, is a little different... and this is the first time I've done anything like this

As you've probably guessed from the title, this is a raffle~ Where 10 users will be selected at random to win a request drawing from me.... but "How do I enter?" you may be wondering? Well.. wonder no more~ This handy journal will tell you... yes, YOU... how to enter my raffle

It's really, very simple... to enter, comment below with a request idea. If I approve your request suggestion, I shall give you a "Ticket Number". If I don't approve it straight away, I may offer you an alternative suggestion (but trying my best to keep it close to your original idea).. then, if we BOTH agree, I shall then give you a ticket number ^^

Once the raffle closes, I will use a random number generator to randomly generate 10 numbers. If your "Ticket Number" matches one of the numbers selected, then CONGRATS~! You will win your request idea

General rules are pretty much the same for my regular request rules. You can pick up to 3 full body characters (and a background too if you like ) and only try and request stuff that's not too complex. Check out my gallery for ideas on the sorts of stuff I can do, or just ask and I'll let you know ^^

Also, you may only hold ONE ticket, in other words... you can only request one drawing. Once you have a ticket, you can't request a second picture (until I open regular requests again, or do another raffle ) ...also, I fully reserve the right to decline or even remove requests if people start getting impatient or start pestering me.

If you're lucky enough to be one of the winning ticket holders, again... please be patient. I lead a busy life both on and off DeviantArt. Your drawing will eventually be completed. If you are impatient in any way, then please don't enter this raffle.

Closing date for distribution of raffle tickets is 1st January 2021 at midnight (UK time), then the following day, I'll use a random number generator to select 10 lucky winners ^^

Remember, this is a RAFFLE... so your request is not guaranteed if you get a ticket. So please don't complain if your number doesn't get selected. It's randomly generated, and also please don't complain about my general rules on how I offer requests. They are opportunities for a FREE drawing from me... something that doesn't come around often.

Hello everyone~ ^^ Your friendly neighbourhood blueyoshiegg here once again

Here's a journal featuring all the rules and whatnot regarding requests, trades and collabs.

Please be sure to have a thorough read through

If you plan on requesting stuff from me (only when they're open of course ), there are a few rules that I'd like you to familiarise yourselves with. Pretty standard stuff, really ^^

• When requests are open, there will be a maximum of 5 slots available at any one time. I operate a first come, first served rule and RQs will be worked on and completed ONE at a time. A request slot will reopen once a pic is complete and has been uploaded.

• Out of fairness to other users, you may only occupy ONE slot at a time. If you wish to make multiple requests, you must wait for your current one to be uploaded. Also, someone else is to be given a turn before you can re-request something. In other words, you can't make a second request IMMEDIATELY after your current one has been uploaded.

• Also... again, out of fairness to other users, I don't do "reserve" slots. If you see an available slot, by all means you can enquire about it. If they're all taken, please wait until one is available.

• Requests will be limited to a maximum of THREE full-bodied drawings or FIVE headshots. You may also add a background if you want.

OK, sooooo~ what sort of stuff will I draw? Well, as I'm a massive Yoshi fan, Yoshi pics are pretty much a definite (there are limits though, ask if you're unsure). Koopalings? Yup~ I enjoy drawing canon and Koopa OCs (again, limits are present... so please ask to make sure ). Sonic stuff I don't often draw, but MAY be willing to... same goes for Kirby stuff.

Lineart only? Coloured? Fully shaded? Not a problem I would also appreciate if complexities were kept to a minimum. After all, my art is as basic and as 2D as I am

I suppose the best way to see the sort of stuff I can draw, is to check out my gallery. There's quite a variety of stuff . There are stuff I may consider drawing... again, if you're unsure, just ask and I'll let you know if it's something I can draw ^^

On that note... please do NOT be negative toward me if your request gets declined. I'm sure you'll be able to find an artist that will be able to tend to your request. That said, if you request something and I feel like I may not be able to draw it, I will offer an ALTERNATE picture for you, but trying to keep it close to the specifications that you requested initially

Now then... stuff I won't do: Humans (Mario Bros. MAY be an exception), robots, gore, violence and fetish stuff. Barefoot characters however... provided it's not for fetish purposes, I've got no problem with. Tickles... again, if it's playful and NOT torture tickling or anything like that, then I may accept it. Vore, inflation and things like that are an absolute no-no. Not really my thing... if you're into it, that's your choice, but please don't request any of that sort of stuff.

Basic / general list, but there may be some other stuff I won't do... again, if you're unsure, please just enquire

Now then... the GOLDEN RULE~ .... please be patient.

I am NOT a quick artist and I tend to take longer than usual to complete drawings and I also tend to have a busy life outside of DeviantArt. So... if you're planning on requesting something, I do ask that you PLEASE be patient.... I don't mind you asking me how your request is coming along, provided you don't pester me about it as it can be rather demotivating. Also, I reserve EVERY right to decline or even REMOVE your request if the pestering continues.
